SHAH ALAM, 5 APRIL 2025 –.Gas Malaysia Berhad (“Gas Malaysia” or “the Group”), a member of the MMC Group, wishes to inform that with regard to the fire incident in Putra Heights, it has received a notification from its supplier that the current gas supply curtailment period has been extended until 20 April 2025.
In light of this extension, the Group will continue to engage with its affected customers and remain committed in keeping all parties updated accordingly as the situation evolves. Adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations remain a top priority for Gas Malaysia. Furthermore, measures are being pursued to explore viable solutions that could help mitigate customers’ concerns.
Gas Malaysia is working diligently to minimise the disruption to the gas supply. The Group greatly values the cooperation of its customers and stakeholders throughout this difficult period.
