A team of 30 gathered at the Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort for the Culture Champion Certification Workshop. Participants were carefully selected by Management based on set criteria. The event was opened by En Ahmad Hashimi Abdul Manap, President & Group CEO, with senior leaders from Gas Malaysia and its subsidiaries in attendance.
Over two days, the workshop focused on cultural alignment, supporting the GM32 goal of RM1 billion EBITDA. Champions engaged with cultural leaders from DRB Hicom, PETRONAS, Prasarana, and Bank Negara, gaining valuable insights and strategies. The event’s highlight was a dialogue session with DRB Hicom and PETRONAS, inspiring Champions to drive positive cultural change.
The workshop concluded with presentations, where participants earned their certification as Culture Champions. They are now ready to work alongside the Culture & Change Management team to foster cultural transformation at Gas Malaysia.
