Among the technical support services provided by Gas Malaysia, include:
- Advice on dealings with authorities (Jabatan Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerja and Suruhanjaya
Tenaga), which includes information regarding codes and standard requirements.
- Natural Gas compatibility study on customer equipment and appliances.
- Advise on equipment and appliances conversion from other fuels to Natural Gas.
- Advise on internal piping designs.
- Provide assistance during gas commissioning.
- Provide advise on the maintenance of customer gas installations.
- Providing troubleshooting advise on gas equipment and appliances.
- Conducting safety inspections on gas installations (apply to industrial customers).
- Conducting safety awareness briefings and seminars.
