• Advice on dealings with authorities (Jabatan Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerja and Suruhanjaya Tenaga), which includes information regarding codes and standard requirements.
  
  
• Natural Gas compatibility study on customer equipment and appliances.
  
  
• Advise on equipment and appliances conversion from other fuels to Natural Gas.
  
  
• Advise on internal piping designs.
  
  
• Provide assistance during gas commissioning.
  
  
• Provide advise on the maintenance of customer gas installations.
  
  
• Providing troubleshooting advise on gas equipment and appliances.
  
  
• Conducting safety inspections on gas installations (apply to industrial customers).
  
  
• Conducting safety awareness briefings and seminars.
