Our Operations Control Centre is set-up to closely monitor the gas supply system 24-hours
a day all throughout the year. Among its main functions and initiatives include:
- Monitoring and safeguarding Gas Malaysia owned supply facilities.
- To provide 24-hour communications access for our customers and ensuring that an effective and prompt response is delivered during emergencies.
Our 24-hour emergency hotline, 1-800-88-9119, further simplifies the process for our customers to get in touch with us in the event of emergencies.
- To activate an appropriate response plan during an emergency.
- To respond and reply to enquiries regarding gas installations and third-party activities.
