Gas Malaysia provides for customer services 03-9206 7800 (8.30am-5.30pm) and toll free emergencies 1-800-88-9119 (24hr) line. This allows our customers to get in touch with us anytime throughout the day and all year round.
 
 
Simplified Payment Process
We are constantly trying to make the supply of energy a seamless process. Our most recent initiatives were to simplify the bill payment by providing online bill payment services via Maybank2u.com and CIMB Clicks Internet Banking and Pos Online.
