You can now pay your gas bills online via Maybank2u.com, whether or not you are a Maybank account holder. If you are not a Maybank account holder, you can always sign-up for PayBills to make your bill payments using credit cards issued by any local financial institution.

Step 1

Have not signed up with Maybank2u.com?

You will need to sign-up with Maybank2u.com PayBills in order to use the online payment service. You are required to enter your personal details, security details and credit card details. Please wait for an approval from Maybank2u.com before you start using the service.

Already signed up with PayBills or already a Maybank2u.com Internet Banking user?

If you have already signed up with PayBills, please skip this step.

Step 2

Enter your Username and Password and click Login.

Step 3

Select Online Bill Payment.
Choose Registered Payment if you have already registered using "Bill Registration".
Choose Open Payment if you have not registered using "Bill Registration".

Step 4

Select "Gas Malaysia" from the list of Corporate Name and click Next.

Step 5

Select From Account. (i.e. select the credit card that you want to use to make a payment)

Step 6

Enter the payment Amount (without RM) and Account Number, if required.

Step 7

Select Effective Date. The effective date is set by default to "Today". If you wish to defer the payment, select your preferred effective date and click Next.

Step 8

All the information you have entered is displayed. Confirm the transaction if all the information presented is correct. Otherwise, click Back to make the necessary changes.

Step 9

The status and details of your payment transactions will be shown on the screen. You can print the details by clicking Print.
