You can now pay your bills anytime, anywhere, either at home or in the office and even over the weekend! The choice is yours - make your online payments via Maybank2u.com, CIMB Clicks Internet Banking or Pos Online.
Pos Malaysia Outlets
You can choose to make payments at selected Pos Malaysia outlets which can be easily identified with Gas Malaysia's Payment Option sticker.
Selected Gas Malaysia Offices
Residential and Retail Commercial customers can choose to walk-in to our branch offices in Kuala
Lumpur and Putrajaya to make their bill payments personally.
Selected Local Banks
We also accept payments at any Bank Simpanan branches using the 'BSN Arahan Pindahan GIRO' slip (PIND-1) - from your GIRO account to GMSB's account or 'Pembayaran Bil' slip (SGB-3) - payment by cash. Don't forget to write down your account no at the reference on the slip to ensure your payment is updated accordingly.
NOTE: Large Commercial and Industrial customers are advised to make bill payments through bank deposits via any Maybank office.
Payments Via Post
Residential & Retail Commercial customers can send a cheque or money order to our office in Kuala
Lumpur.
When Is Payment Due?
Please take note that, payments for Natural Gas and LPG are due and payable upon receipt of your bill.
For residential and retail commercial customers, your bill is due within 21 days from the billing date. Large commercial and industrial customers are advised to settle their bills within 25 days from the billing date.
