Step 1: Obtain the previous meter reading

Get your previous month's gas bill to obtain your previous meter reading. Your meter reading is usually measured in m³.

Step 2: Obtain the current meter reading

Read the current meter reading on your gas meter.

Step 3: Obtain the usage amount

The usage amount is the difference between your current meter reading and your previous meter reading.

Usage = 056445 – 056431 = 14 m³

Step 4: Calculate the bill

Minimum charge for the first 7 m3	RM 5.00
7 subsequent units @ RM 0.75 / m3	RM 5.25
Total charges	RM 10.25
