In the event that problems cannot be resolved instantaneously, we will aim to respond within 24 hours on receipt of your enquiry or complaint.

When making complaints, please furnish us with the complaint details and your personal details such as your name, address and contact number.

For a quicker way of submitting your enquiries and feedback, please use our Online Enquiries & Feedback form. Your message will be attended to by the responsible department, and the appropriate action will be taken as soon as possible.
 
 
Walk-in Enquiries & Feedback

You can always visit us at Kuala Lumpur office, if you require any further assistance. We also welcome any complaints and we will attempt to attend to your inconveniences the soonest we can.

Your enquiries or feedback will be filed and logged and you will be advised on the estimated resolution time. For queries that can be resolved immediately, our Customer Care representatives will guide you through to troubleshoot your problems.

In cases where we are not able to resolve the problems within the proposed date, we will recommend an alternative solution.

Your views, concerns and comments are essential towards bettering our services.

 
 
Written Enquiries & Feedback

We also accept written feedback from our customers. Written feedback can be addressed to any of our Kuala Lumpur office.

Your complaints will be filed and logged and the appropriate action will be carried out as soon as possible.

If you have any problems or complaints regarding your Gas Malaysia account or your bills, we will get back to you within 5 working days from the date of receipt. You will be notified on the action taken until the issue is resolved.
