Billing processes and calculations differ depending on the type of user
(Residential / Commercial / Industrial) and supply (Natural Gas / LPG).
It is essential that you know your gas supply type in order to make cross-reference with the
appropriate rates for your bill calculation.
Natural Gas and LPG residential customers are billed once every three months. Commercial and
industrial customers are billed monthly for both Natural Gas and LPG.
The payment due date is 21 days from the billing date for residential & retail commercial
customers; and 25 days for large commercial and industrial customers.
