If your area has a gas reticulation system
in place, then call our Customer Care hotline
at 03-2685 4200 for immediate assistance. We will guide you through the simple sign-up process.  |

How To Apply? |
|
| For Natural Gas supply: |
| |

|
Only unit owners are allowed to
register. |
|
|
Complete and sign the Gas Supply Agreement form for Residential Users. |
|
|
Prepare a deposit of RM20.00, connection fee of RM35.00 and meter fee of RM235.00 (for certain locations only). |
|
|
We accept cash (payment counters only), cheque or money order made payable to GAS MALAYSIA BERHAD |
|
|
Stamp duty of RM10.00. |
|
|
A copy of the applicant's IC or passport.
If registered under company, supporting documents from the Registry of Companies are required. |
|
|
A copy of the Sale & Purchase
Agreement (front page, first page, schedule 1 and
signaturepage are sufficient). |
|
|
|
|
| For LPG supply: |
|
|
|
Only unit owners are allowed to
register. |

|
Complete and sign the Gas Supply Agreement form for Residential Users. |

|
Prepare a deposit of RM100.00, connection fee of RM35.00 and meter fee of RM235.00 (for certain locations only). |

|
We accept cash (payment counters only), cheque or money order made payable to GAS MALAYSIA BERHAD |

|

| The completed Gas Supply Agreement form and deposit can be mailed / returned to our
Kuala Lumpur branch office. |

| I've Submitted My Application – What's Next? |
|
| Upon receiving your application and deposit, we will advise you on the scheduled date for gas supply to your home. Commissioning of supply will normally take between one to two hours. An adult must be present to allow us to enter your home to activate the gas service. |
